You can also return your items by mail using the address below. Returns and Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of your original purchase date. Some items, such as clearance merchandise, collectibles, and body jewelry are non-returnable. Please read below for full details of our entire Return Policy.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day, money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us, within 30 days, for a prompt refund of product's purchase price (including tax) minus any applicable shipping charges.

  • Returns must be unused and contain all original packaging and accessories
  • Some items, such as clearance merchandise, collectibles and body jewelry (e.g. earring and nose rings) are non-returnable*
  • Other restrictions may apply
  • Average processing time is approximately 5 business days after receipt of the return merchandise in our warehouse
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks for returns to be received and processed during peak, holiday season
  • AtticSalt.com is not responsible for returns lost in shipment

If you prefer to return your item(s) to a Attic Salt store for a refund, please bring a copy of your email order confirmation, the credit card used for the purchase, and a form of personal identification (e.g. driver's license).

  • Orders purchased online using a credit card will be refunded to the original credit card used for the purchase.
  • Gift recipients, with proper proof of purchase (invoice or packing slip), may choose to receive an Attic Salt Gift Card for the product's original cost, in lieu of a refund
  • Gift recipients without proof of purchase must contact our Customer Service Team to obtain proof of purchase

But just so we're clear, "defects in materials or workmanship" does not include the time you dented your ring using it as a bottle opener, the time it tarnished when you lost it for three days camping during a rainstorm, or the time you lost a stone scratching off a lottery ticket. It also doesn't cover an exchange for a different style or a lost piece. Basically, if the thing is defective when you receive it, we'll take care of you. Otherwise, it's on you.
